Excellent website!
I am looking for the Reg Parks "Mr Universe DB and BB" course. I can see it for sale in the USA for maybe $80... which is steep, but I am wondering if you guys know of it? I seen you have posted a few of the charts, which I think come from the Mr Universe course in this thread : http://forum.regpark.eu/index.php?topic=188.0
Do you have scans of the original course at all? I have a few Reg Park magazines where young lifters send in progress photos from using the course, but no information is given in there.
