There is also a nice history. One of my cats, the black one, was sleeping in the edge of the bench. I put him out, but he continue being there, in another place of the room, very affectionate with me, looking me all the time. At the end, my wife came and say me: "I think the cat want you to comeback with weightraining and is happy to see you doing it again"

As i said in my last post, i am a dead regulqr training and those glory days of Kris and the regpark.net forum for me are gone. But i will put here those remembering sessions, even the following i would be with a bad acid reflux or discomfort in my left lower abdominal wall the day after. The sacred memories of the reg park days will be back... from time to time. The iron is so good to say goodbay.

Today one of these lonely workouts remembering the old times. The dead weightrainer still know how to take the BB!

On Bench dbs press: 2 X 10
Hand on bench one db rowing: 2 X10
Seated alternated dbs biceps: 2 X 6
Lying on bench triceps bb curl: 2 X 12
Std triceps bb curl: 1 X 8
Std biceps bb curl: 1X 8
Reverse BB curl: 1 X 6
Wrist curl: 1 X 10
Std militaty press: 2 X 6
 Std press behind neck: 2 X 6
Squats: 3 X 8

I have read all the post have survive between this forum and the weightrainer.net of Casey's web. Injuries appart, are other interess orother things that takeme away from weightraining, so if i do the thing sloowly, I think i would be able to train four or five weeks, with small intensity, but training after all. I have to be very constant avoiding all the great efforts in the squat or row. I think i don't do a month of training since 2011. Maybe in the lost months of 2013 that were gone with the regpark.net forum woyld be a month of training, but what i want to do remains in the oast since the end of my cycle traing.
Tomorrow a new workout in the old style: 7:00 AM.
