Do have access(or can you afford) to a physiotherapist that specializes in sport/weightlifting? They can give you a rehab routine that
will/can accelerate the healing process.

I go to one who's a powerlifter (been an elite PL:er). I wouldn't go to some one else since they haven't got
the right kind of knowledge to help me in my BB/weightlifting.

That sucks! >:( (Health shouldn't be governed by how much money you make. That really pisses me off.)
Have you tried to PM Casey Butt? He might have the knowledge to help you.

Now I am cycling.  I can do it.  I want to arrive to my past levels, 16 years ago.  Today, 30 km, 16,3 km /h. It's only the 6 outing, .  But it's safe for me. No pain.  I hope that this resistance training help the injurie to got stronger.

Casey dont spent his time in one person training,  as in the past. So I don 't know how to write him. Meanwhile,  I have good advice from Jason J Duke, and even have the offer of Jon Jon Park to buy a personalized  course showing me how to heal  my injurie., but still don't have the money.
