good workout. i think Bob Gadja was really the first to bring over the value of such workouts. i think he alternated upper and lower exercises believing the muscle pumped blood around the Body. However i won´t waffle here because there are detailed explanations in the web and i am no expert on Bob Gadja.

i like to Keep it simple. splits are ok too but at the Moment just enjoying 5x5.

VG tried to Change a few exercises and was in my opinion not always correct. Like a lot of "Gurus" at that time. I did like his physique so it worked for him. His Sissy squats i never liked either. may as well hit your knees with a hammer..

Doing a workout of ...

squats or Deadlifts 5x5
Barbell rows 5x5
Bench press 5x5
Barbell shoulder press 5x5
Barbell curls 5x6-10
Parallel bar Dips (just started to put them in)3/5 x5-10 (my triceps are tired after heavy benches and presses but i will later add weight)

I like to do Standard Dips because i find "gironda" Dips not really Joint friendly.
