Sergio:
two workouts I have to add: saturday and monday:

Squats: 20 X 21
One db pullover across bench: 20 X 7,5
Bench press: 15 X 21 ; 5 X 21
jumping chins: 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
grip workout (bw) in chins bar, wide grip: 13 secs


Squats: 20 X 21
One db pullover across bench: 20 X 7,5
Bench press: 13 X 21 ; 7 X 21
jumping chins: 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
grip workout (bw) in chins bar, wide grip: 20 secs

soreness, don't know why  ;)

Sergio:
Squats: 18 X 22 ; 2 X 22
One db pullover across bench: 20 X 7,5
Bench press: 16 X 21 ; 4 X 21
jumping chins: 4-4-2-2 stronger
grip workout (bw) in chins bar, wide grip: 15 secs


This stuff goes well.

Sergio:
No time for training.  high speed workout:

chins: 5-5-4-2  Stronger.  I did them in the first place, but I think I have got  a real advance.
squats: 25 X 10
floor push ups: 8-8

Sergio:
These days I have had a lot of job, but I am well. 

Today, as I feel bad (soreness) I try to work a litle, even with no time also.

Squats: 25 X 10
Chins: 2-2-2-2-2
Push ups: 6-6

 :( Incredible how the brain work along one week of few sleep can change the body.  :D  well, I ' ll overcome it!

too busy to train into a progression.  Now, I refer to train only forthe pleasure of training.

Bench press: 10 X 20 ; 10 X 25
One don biceps curl: 10 X 7.5 ; 10 X 7,5
One db triceps curl: 6 X 7,5 ; 4 X 7,5
Squats: 12 X 25 ; 10 X 25
One db pullover across bench: 12 X 7,5 ; 10 X 7,5
JUmping Chins: 3-3-2-2

No pain , everything right
