From what I've heard Grimek said that his older brother was even stronger than him.
By the way, olympic lifting without shoes with an elevated heel... that's impressive!

Well John Grimek was very agile and flexible +his limbs had the right proportions and angles so I believe that he could get into deep squats without compromising his back.

Kris Kangas always love this photography. I remember him each time I see it. He used to do that wrist roller. (I don't know the name)
