mmmm!  It's a good idea.  But I think that high levels in the body reserve can lead low absorvate %.  Maybe, it's a possibility.  If he believe in it maybe had an strong experience about it.

my food intake.Been experimenting a bit with going modified
Gironda for breakfast (5 eggs,1 scoop of protein powder, 2 teaspoons coconut oil mixed in oatly.) and post WO Reeves power drink.

Wow!  Are The eggs raw or boiled?.  Anyway.  Two question:  -Is there no problem of acid stomach with that intake of eggs? -Is this in the day of training or everyday?

High intakes ov vitamin C let a low absorve fracction (< 30%) With low doses the fraction absorved is near 90-100% so it is not a very usefull thing taking several grams a day and can lead to gastrinstinal problems due to a big fracction excrete via rectal.  But anyway there is a lot of controverse with that. Several authors advocate about the high intakes if vitamin C in the ilness. Who knows?  :-\

Nutrition / Flavonoids: the other side of the fruits
« on: February 03, 2013, 09:21:34 PM »
Hi weigh trainers of all around the globe.  Do you reallty think that the only good thing a fruit is its sugar and its vitamins and minerals?  You are wrong.  The fruits, like the rest of the plants, have flavonoids, substances that have many good properties in vitro but only absorved a 5% into the blood mainstream.  Also they are metabolized quickly, so indirectly are a very good antioxidant due to this high metabolized rate.
