I've used one or two pump sets after a heavy exercise. Do any of you found it useful/effective?

sometime, if I want to pump up my muscles

I did it only few times if i feel that the work with the heavy set was not good.

I do them because some times I want a bit more volume than a routine suggests. I feel I actually grow a bit better when I do that but it's a fine line. Too much and you kill your gains and the progression of the routine....
