Few weeks ago a friend of mine told me that he took creatine for enter in a university degree of physical education, and he need a good note in medicinal ball (he got 10 in resistence running as he was a long time runner) o he trained with weoghts an take creatine. He said without creatine could not pass the exam, but i think was the training with weights. But any case, it's very interesting that creatine show an improvement in the recovery after a heavy day.
