This looks a lot like the routine that Vince put Makkawy on.
Most people would have to down size it to one max two exercises/bodypart. It would still be a great routine! ;)

By the way combine the 8x8 with one WO of 20 rep squats a week you'll be conditioned as never before. (Cut one of the 8x8 for legs if you choose to do this)
