Doing a workout of ...

squats or Deadlifts 5x5
Barbell rows 5x5
Bench press 5x5
Barbell shoulder press 5x5
Barbell curls 5x6-10
Parallel bar Dips (just started to put them in)3/5 x5-10 (my triceps are tired after heavy benches and presses but i will later add weight)

True Reg Park workout. Good luck, Donny. Be carefull with the lower back and frontal delt head. A lot of heavy work.

i like to Keep it simple. splits are ok too but at the Moment just enjoying 5x5.

I actually dodge splits, but if I had to do one it would be an upper/lower split. :)
