Behind the neck press: 6 X 20 ; 6 X 20 a lot time without doing it. Big pressure in the neck
Squats: 12 X 20 ; 10 X 30 ; 6 X 40
Leg raise: 25
Good. Stronger, but Now I have to increase the reps one by one in nearly all the exercises. Only the bench dbs press and the BB row are still easy. Squating 40 kg isn't hard, but prefer go slow.
