Suppousing the 3-4% were true, they are a monstruosity.

Reg got his lowest fat levels for the 1971 mr Unierse, I think, but the lower fat that show un the mr britain was spectacular too.  But his face looked frail in the 1971 contest.

According to this Im around 15% right now. On the profile pic was I probably closer to 12%.

I try not to go over an estimated 18% BF during bulking. The ideal is to stay at 15%.

Yes but that's 3 months ago so I'm kinda smooth now, more like 18% so I have to stop eating as much as I want to!  :)
