Reg Park birthday!

Sergio:
Today (7th june) Reg would be 85 years old, if he still was alive.  We remember here, in this special day.  I have did a workout in his honour with full of full squats. 

Steff:
I think that next year I'll copy one of his WO:s and do it on his birthday! A great man who left us too soon!
