well, let's go to yogurt and chesse!  They are good cousins of milk.   I love the old cheeses.  The 12€ / kg are the only thing that avoid me to eat great quantities.

,Steff, Do you know the averange protein quantity that has the kvarg?

About 13gram/100gram. But unlike cottage cheese here in Sweden the light/diet version does not contain
modified starch. :)

I can't eat dairy since my stomach probs this summer. :(
That's one of the few things that I really miss... I can live without coffee or chocolate
but dairy.... There's a product called kvarg in swedish it's like a yoghurt relative to cottage cheese.
That's the perfect thing do make desserts with berries and "kesella" (the product name for kvarg).

The ancient BBs of the forties and fivties always tell the same: that the main amount of cheap pretein source came from the milk.  He always recomend the full cream milk, but for that fat intolerants, as me, You can use semifat milk.  It's very easy to drink up to one litre and more, what make you an ingest over 50 gr of quick assimilation protein per day.  Several eggs will make you 30 gr more of protein, of slow assimilation into the body. And after that, a piece of meat would give you 30 gr more.  That's all the protein you need if your bodyweight is between 60-75 kg.

Here a good article about milk hand his use in bodybuilding.
