Bent over BB rows: 8 X 20 ; 8 X 25
Overhead BB press: 3 X 15 ; 3 X 20 ; 2 X 25 ; 1 X 30 ; 1 X 30

BB biceps curl: 3 X 15 ; 2 X 20 ; 1 X 25

I lost a lot of strength in the last 4 years of no hard training.
