1950, maybe Br Britain contest. In those days the bodybuilders had to do other merits to win contest.  John Grimek master this phase of the competitions with his famous full legs splits and other demostrations of great elasticity.

The two megastars of the 50s in a magazine cover of 12-1965. We must not forget that Reg still was the best in 1965 winning his thirs Nabba Mr Universe.

 When the The Reg Park Journal disapeared in 1959, Man's World brought it to life again throught the sixties and allowed to read a monthly Reg's article.  Several of that articles are in this web and hope much more will be.
