I've made small visits to 20 rep squat country and now a small one to PHA. 20 rep squats is hard but PHA is harder. Even though I took very light loads on each exercise the oxygen debt was more severe. But that's probably because it allowed me to do 3x10 for the whole body in less than 10 minutes.
